The Monitoring Center serves as the central operational hub for monitoring, processing, and coordinating security events in real time.

ISG Branitel Macedonia operates its own Monitoring Center, staffed and active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing continuous supervision of connected security systems and timely response in accordance with established operational procedures.

24/7 Monitoring and Security Signal Processing

Through the Monitoring Center, security signals from connected systems are continuously monitored and processed.

Monitoring Center operators perform:

• reception and processing of security signals
• verification and logging of events
• activation of operational procedures
• communication with clients and responsible persons
• coordination with patrol and intervention teams

Coordination and Operational Support

The Monitoring Center enables organized communication between security systems, operational personnel, and field teams.

When a security event occurs, appropriate procedures are carried out for verification, notification, and coordination of further actions in accordance with established protocols.

The primary role of the Monitoring Center is the timely identification of security events and the coordination of appropriate actions based on the specific situation.
