Patrol Security and Field Intervention
Patrol units are organized by zones to ensure fast availability and efficient intervention.
Patrol security teams perform:
- regular inspection of facilities
- intervention upon alarm activation
- verification of suspicious activities
- coordination with the monitoring center
- preventive presence and on-site supervision
Monitoring Center and Operational Response
ISG Branitel Macedonia operates its own monitoring center, enabling 24/7 supervision of security systems and alarm signals.
Within the patrol security system, a panic button is also used as a direct channel for emergency reporting and activation of patrol response.
Upon detection of an incident, operational protocols are activated and the nearest patrol unit is dispatched for intervention.
Prevention Through On-Site Presence
Patrol security is not based solely on reactive response, but also on continuous on-site presence and preventive control aimed at reducing risks before they escalate.
